Digital products (the Playbook)

Because the Playbook is delivered right after purchase, refunds are limited by nature. If something is wrong, incomplete, or you did not receive access, contact us and we will make it right where it is fair to do so.

Better Call Session ($12)

If you cannot attend, reschedule with reasonable notice. If we are unable to help with your question or you were unable to attend, reach out and we will work with you honestly.

Website deposits & project work

Deposits reserve time and cover work that has already begun, so they are generally non-refundable once work starts. Any refund of a remaining balance depends on the work completed and the written agreement for your project.

Monthly Care Plan

The Care Plan is month-to-month. You can cancel according to the terms we confirm in writing. Unused work does not automatically roll over unless agreed.
