Because the Digital Foundation Starter Kit is delivered immediately as a downloadable file, digital-product purchases are generally final after access is provided, except where required by law or where the file is defective or inaccessible and cannot be corrected.

Coaching sessions

A coaching session may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be non-refundable because calendar time was reserved.

Basketball training

Weather, unsafe court conditions, venue issues, or coach cancellation may result in rescheduling or a refund. Player no-shows and late cancellations may be non-refundable once a court and time have been reserved.
